Tevfik Arif, Donald Trump's alliance to build the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's company with its headquarters in New York, was founded in 2001 by Tevfik , an Turkish Kazakh businessman. Donald Trump is a client of the company.

Tevfik Alif fled Kazakhstan to establish a powerful real estate business. He knew of the Trump family's influence and joined the partnership. This enabled Tevfik Alif as well as Bayrock Group Bayrock Group to lead an internationally renowned project for property: the Trump Soho.

Since his early years He tried a variety of business strategies in order to become one of Donald Trump's business partners.

In the Trump Tower, Tevfik Aif and members of the Bayrock Group met with members of the Trump Organization.

Bayrock Group, owing to these business ties included the Trump Organization on a project in New York City's Soho District.

Bayrock Group and Sapir Organization were already working on a project in Soho. However, they thought the Trump Organization could add some branding recognition and the glamor.

Tevfik Aif designed a plan to grant 18 percent equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. In exchange, the Trump brand would be used to identify the name of the construction.

Bayrock Group hired renowned interior designers to decorate their new building. Handel Architects conceptualized and designed the building.

Handel Architects is a leader in design and architecture.

Some of the company's projects includes the RitzCarlton Hotel in Washington, D.C., New York City, and the September 11th National Memorial.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture firm Rockwell Group.

Tevfik Arif Bayrock The Rockwell Group's impressive resume comprises Handel Architects and the Rockwell Group. The clients of the firm include luxurious hotels, restaurants and casinos.

The agreement was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

Trump Organization and Bayrock Group are planning to collaborate on additional real estate projects, in the wake of the launch of Trump Soho. The other real estate projects are mostly located in Arizona or Florida.

The global economic crisis of 2008 slowed the business plans of the Bayrock Group and the Trump Organization.

Tevfik Alif has returned to Europe, Central Asia and the United States due to a changing market.

The courses he took have helped him gain an extensive understanding of real estate, tourism, and real-estate. It proved to be an invaluable asset when he relocating from the United States to Turkey in order to start his own business.

Tevfik Arif was the first person to open the Labada luxurious hotel in Antalya. It quickly became the main factor behind the timeless resorts that are all-inclusive.

He continued his outstanding achievements in Europe, Central Asia for eight more years before crossing the Atlantic to conquer American markets.

Bayrock Group invested $2.5 Million in real estate assets when operating in the United States.

Since the last few years, Bayrock Group is not involved in any US real estate development.
